Bail Bonds in Las Vegas — Fast, Confidential, and Judgment-Free

Getting the call that someone you love is in jail is one of the worst moments of your life. You don’t need a lecture — you need someone who picks up the phone, tells you exactly what happens next, and gets moving. That’s what we do at Bad Girl Bail Bonds. We’re a woman-owned, licensed Nevada bail agency (License #681107) located in downtown Las Vegas, minutes from the Clark County Detention Center. We answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included. We don’t judge — we show up.

Call or text (702) 222-2245 right now and we’ll start the process while you’re still on the phone.

Clark County Detention Center (CCDC) Bail Bonds

If someone was arrested by Las Vegas Metro Police, they’re most likely being held at the Clark County Detention Center at 330 S. Casino Center Blvd in downtown Las Vegas — locals call it CCDC. It’s the largest jail in Nevada, and it’s busy around the clock. Our office is just blocks away, which means we can move faster than agencies working from across the valley.

Here’s what the process looks like at CCDC:

Booking comes first. After an arrest, your loved one is transported, booked, fingerprinted, and photographed. Booking can take several hours, especially on weekend nights — they won’t appear in the system until it’s done, so don’t panic if you can’t find them right away.

Then bail is set. For many common charges, bail follows a standard schedule and can be posted as soon as booking is complete. For more serious charges, a judge sets bail at a hearing, which typically happens within 48 hours.

Then we post the bond. Once you’ve signed with us and paid the premium, we deliver the bond to the jail. After the bond is posted, CCDC processes the release — this usually takes anywhere from 4 to 16 hours depending on how busy the jail is but can take up to 24 hours. We know waiting is agonizing. We’ll keep you updated the whole way.

How to Find Someone in the Clark County Detention Center

You can search for an inmate at CCDC using the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s online inmate search, or by calling the jail directly. You’ll need the person’s full legal name and, ideally, their date of birth. If they were just arrested, give it a few hours — people don’t show up in the system until booking is finished.

Can’t find them or not sure which jail they’re in? Call us at (702) 222-2245. Locating people is part of what we do, and we don’t charge you a dime to help you figure out where your person is and what their bail is set at.

Las Vegas City Jail vs. CCDC — Which One Is Your Person In?

It’s confusing, but Las Vegas has more than one jail. If the arrest was made by City of Las Vegas Marshals or the charge is a municipal (city) violation, your loved one may be at the City of Las Vegas Detention Center on Stewart Avenue instead of CCDC. Henderson and North Las Vegas each have their own city jails too.

The good news: it doesn’t change anything on your end. We post bonds at every jail in the Las Vegas valley. Tell us the name, and we’ll figure out where they are and what needs to happen.

How Much Does Bail Cost in Las Vegas?

In Nevada, the fee for a bail bond — called the premium — is set by state law at 15% of the total bail amount. So if bail is set at $5,000, the premium is $750. That fee is what makes it possible to get someone out without putting up the full $5,000 in cash yourself.

Two things you should know, because we believe in straight answers:

The premium is not refundable. It’s the cost of the service, the same at every licensed bail agency in Nevada — anyone advertising a cheaper percentage is cutting corners somewhere.

You may not need all of it today. We offer payment plans for qualified clients because we know arrests never happen when the bank account is ready for them. Call us and we’ll talk through what you can genuinely manage. No shame, no judgment — just a plan,

What You'll Need to Bail Someone Out

Have these ready when you call — but if you don’t have everything, call anyway and we’ll work with what you’ve got:

The person’s full legal name and date of birth. The jail they’re in, if you know it (we can find out if you don’t). Your valid government-issued ID. Payment for the premium, or income info if you’re asking about a payment plan.

That’s it. We handle the paperwork, the jail runs, and the follow-ups. Your job is to breathe.

Why Las Vegas Calls the Bad Girl

We’re not a call center. When you call (702) 222-2245, you get a licensed local agent who knows every jail in Clark County and treats your family like people, not case numbers. We’re women-owned, downtown-based, rated 4.8 stars on Google, and we’ve built this business on one promise: when it’s the scariest moment of your life, we show up. Fast, confidential, 24/7.

Las Vegas Bail Bonds FAQ

How long does it take to get out of CCDC after the bond is posted? Usually between 4 and 16 hours, depending on how busy the jail is. Weekend nights are slowest. We’ll keep you posted throughout.

Can I bail someone out in the middle of the night? Yes. We answer 24/7, and jails process releases around the clock. Call (702) 222-2245 any hour.

Do I get the bail money back? If you paid the full cash bail directly to the court yourself, it’s returned when the case ends (as long as all court dates are met). The 15% bond premium paid to a bail agency is the service fee and is not refunded — that’s true at every licensed agency in Nevada.

What happens if the person misses their court date? Call us immediately — don’t hide from it. Often we can help get things back on track before it becomes a bigger problem. Missing court can lead to a warrant and forfeiture of the bond, so the sooner you call, the more options we have.

Do you offer payment plans? Yes, for qualified clients. Tell us your situation honestly and we’ll build something workable.

What areas do you serve? All of Clark County — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and everywhere in between. Every jail, every hour.
